Zwiebeln und Knoblauch, frischen Krauter, frisch Rote Bete (Gepflucke), Zucker, Salt, Pfeffer, Olivenol, Gewurze, Basilikum and Oregano.

Cooking with Tomatensosse:
Firstly, prepare the ingredients as per the recipe above. After that, reheat the ingredients in a slow cooker for about 2 hours on low heat or in a hot oven until the sauce is slightly thickened.
After removing the sauce from the slow cooker, add it to a large saucepan and stir in the chopped onion, garlic and carrots. Mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
Then, add the remaining ingredients and continue to cook on a medium heat until the sauce has reduced.
For more intense flavour, add the roasted peppers, sliced celery and radishes to the sauce and continue to cook for another 15 minutes.
When the sauce has reduced, remove it from the saucepan and allow to cool. Then, transfer the cooled sauce to a container and refrigerate until needed.
To serve, place the spagetti in a bowl with the roasted vegetable sauce and top with a few slices of toasted bread. You can also serve the spagetti with a dollop of ricotta cheese.
